IL SANTO
A wine-led neighbourhood osteria on Claremont’s bustling high street, Il Santo pairs relaxed Italian dining with warm, travertine-lined interiors.
Chef Nicola Lunardi leads a curated menu of elevated snacks, seasonal plates and daily-made pasta. Wine, however, sits firmly at the heart of the experience with more than 100 predominantly Italian labels, and over 30 available by the glass.
The room has energy, the hospitality feels personal, and the experience is as much about atmosphere and ritual as it is about the drinks and food.
